no problem, getting ready to take Porka and Molly to the gas station with the wagon to air up the tires, we'll 'Drive' by and wave

__________ Sat Jun 02, 2012 5:24 pm __________

ok we learned a very big lesson, so the tires were flat when we first had the dogs pull the cart, went great.
then we decided to air the tire up......with no brakes, I got ran over, the cart was to easy for them to move, now we have to find something with brakes....

Too light of a bale to use dogs. Maybe if it was a 100-150 bale. :/
I've thought of teaching my pony to pull, would help with moving feed and other random stuff.

You need a good pulling harness that has a 'kick strap on it, then solid shafts connected to that harness. That way, when the dogs stop, the wagon stops, without the need for 'brakes."

If you notice, the strap that runs behind the dog, prevents the shafts from moving forward-- thus stopping the cart---
