If the bowls are anywhere neat the feeder or hay rack, that is another way it happens. Feet tend to be the main culprit, though.

That's how about 3-4 of mine keep cool. I just give them a 2in baking pan to soak in.

Well I just have a piggie then. One of my does hates the metal feeder, so we give her a crock. Erm...corning ware from my kitchen, actually. She will not eat if she can't bury her front feet down deep in the pellets. :roll:
