How soon to breed?

I have a doe and a buck of breeding age that I got earlier this week and I'm changing them over from pellets to pasture fed. How long I should give them to settle in before I mate them?

I would be more concerned with them passing their 30 day quarantine. Once a month has passed they should be comfortable in their surroundings and transitioned to the feed.
