how long is refrigerated rabbit meat good?

Hey gang,

So I went on a short 3 day holiday and was cleaning out the fridge last night when I got home. I totally forgot about three fryers that I butchered last friday. They have been in the back of the fridge where it is coldest. Do you think they are still good or should I just chuck them in the trash?

You can age them 3-5 days in the fridge with no problem, so I'd say they are just fine.

Yep, I aged mine for four days in the fridge before freezing them... gets them past the rigor and back to the muscles being relaxed.
