So for now I have a drawn out version of it, any suggestions to improve?
Oh, the left/ride sides are 11 feet, the near and far sides are 7 feet on inside, 4-6 feet outside pens.

will this be for a colony set up?

Solid floor or dirt? They don't need a special hole for digging if on dirt, they will dig where ever they feel like it...
What are the dimensions of each section, 7x5ft? I'd say that's fine for outside playtime, probably too small for a colony.

Its just a play pen for when I let my rabbits out, not for a colony. And I'm not sure of the flooring yet, I don't want them digging their own holes and getting out of the barn.
Yes, the inside dimensions are 7x5. But there is a section outside they can go into that is about 4x5.
