I just fixed this a couple nights ago....
1 cranky rabbit(butchered)
2 cans of beer(what ever you prefer)
salt
peper
garlic powder
lemon juice(or leamon aid works too)
Take Cranky Rabbit, place in 1 gallon zip lock bag.
Add lemon juice( i used about a 1/2 cup)
as much salt, peper, grlic as you like ( used about a teaspoon of all three), Close zip lock bag and swish around.
then add beer, close zip lock bag and swish again, then remove as much of the air as you can in the bag.
place in fridge for 5-7 days.
then take out and place in baking dish(rabbit and beer mix) bake till done...
I also added onions and potatos.
we loved this, it also made great enchiladas the next night
