I processed 15 head of fryers for the restaurant trade to be delivered
tomorrow.

Total live-weight-- 82 pounds 10 ounces
Avg. live-Wt. per head-- 5.51 pounds.

Total dress-out weight-- 46 pounds 10 ounces
Avg. Dress-out weight per head-- 3.1 pounds

Dress-out percentage---- 56.3%

The group was "clean-dressed" with the liver, heart and kidneys added
before weighing. Overall, I was pleased.

How long did it take you? A Dress-out percentage of 56.3% seems quite high. :judges: But of course I have no real idea. But seems like a great percentage. I'm even more stocked about the little ones I'll be getting. inkbunny:
