My three little bucks turned over their bowl. As I was watering them one stuck his head under the stream of water and it pushed his head down into the bowl and he got a snoot full of water. He coughed for a few minutes and then he seemed ok. He has coughed on and off now for two days and today I separated him just for good measure. Seems fine, nothing coming out his nose, but what can I do about this and how long to I wait for this to clear up? He is eating and drinking fine. Can't be to careful.

You just have to wait for his body to absorb the water in his sinus and lungs and hope he doesnt develop an sinus infection or pneumonia in the meanwhile 
I would keep him with his siblings as that is likely less stressful than being isolated and he should be able to keep warmer with their body heat
