ARBA Rabbitry Registry

I am trying to register my rabbitry with ARBA, but I am not sure exactly how to fill out their online form? Do I put the rabbitry name in the boxes for Choice 1,2,&3? Or do I put my name in one and rabbitry in another?

You put the rabbitry name you want in choice 1, then you put two alternate choices in 2 and 3. This is just in case the name you have picked for your rabbitry is already registered to someone else.

I also have an ARBA question; what if my registered rabbitry is changing names? (Long story short, the old name was after my location - and I am planning a big move in the next year or so. There also appears to be some confusion over social media- I am getting confused for a restaurant in another country! ) Do I tell them to cancel the first one and re-register under a different name or is there a form simply to change the name?
