2011 meat chicks

This must be the week for chicks

I picked up a dozen red broilers yesterday. Not much is cuter than a day old chick :lol:

Glad you folks are posting chick pictures. I have a dozen chicks coming in early June... 6 Cuckoo Marans and 6 Welsummers. Keep the pictures coming because I'm not as excited as I would like to be.

I love, love, love my Cuckoo Marans. Have never tried Welsummers, but the Marans are AWESOME layers. I've never had so many eggs from so few hens!!!
