Lol those pressure valves are wayyy too expensive for this lol. I may end up just having to buy those spring loaded nipples. Unless I can come up with some sort of Mcgiver plan using a second bucket, a piece of plastic tarp and some sand creating a syringe/hydrolic controlled type of pressure...
I could but then I wouldn't be utilizing all the water in the bucket, it'll stop at a certain point. Plus the structure it's on is pretty permanent. If anything I'd have to drill the outlet a little higher.
Ok so I built a self watering system that is gravity fed from a 5gal bucket.. It workes no problem allll the way until I get to the spouts. I have 4 water spouts attached to that main line, the ball bearings in each spout seem to be under too much pressure for the doe and babies to get a drink...
We did good, not really any flooding thanks to three ponds on the property. A few trees got hit by lightening but no animals were lost fortunately. However about 4 miles away there was about 18+" of flooding so I was just out of the line of fire
Ok yea, I think I've given her enough pen. She hasn't slacked off on her appetite, she finishes her food as usual. Idk what to do with her, I'm afraid to breed her. It's been there for a month or two
