My rabbit has wool block. So I am going to get pineapple and papaya enzymes, and I'm going to give her all the hay and bird seed she wants, but is there any other cures or treatments for wool block/hairballs?

Those are definitely the main ones from what I've read. You could also try some Lemon Balm (bloating & also pain relieving and calming), OACV in water (digestion). Also, if chamomile hers is fed vs. brewed in a tea, it is also a natural pain reliever and is calming, which may be of some benefit. The flowers of lavender are also good for calming and pain relieving.

Hope you can get this resolved soon!

The key is to act swiftly. Remove pellets, free feed hay... and do the fresh pineapple/papaya enzyme thing. I wouldn't even give oats for at least a day, probably two or three. Just hay and pineapple/papaya.

Grass hay, not alfalfa. The leaves from the alfalfa can get caught in the wool and ferment, causing gas and bloating.

YES, thank you for clarifying, though I didn't know the bit about the leaves. Grass hay, definitely!
