Why is my kit acting odd ?

My 12 day old has been acting odd .
Dragging its legs , crawling and twitching .
Why is this ? Is this normal ?

The kit will jump out of the box and kind of hop crawl around and drag its legs , it sometimes struggles with the walking, i will post a video if i can work out how ..
It twitches when laying down with its eyes shut .

EC is my best guess,
[if not that, then maybe a birth defect]
2 weeks is too early for tapeworm neural damage...

if onion or garlic tops included in the diet ,stops or reverses the damage, it is for sure EC..
