9 days from start to finish. I'll be ramping up the BOSS sprouts again too.

Nice looking grass. That is what I had mine looking like too....except mine had mildew or mold decorating the bottom lol.
 
You should post a how-to, lol. I started typing out some questions, but realized it was a lot to ask.

I bought a 50lb sack of hard red wheat to sprout with. It is non-pesticide, non-herbicide and non-GMO.

I plant in organic potting soil, or homemade compost only and dust the tray with a little azomite and mix it into the soil.

Planting in soil helps to eliminate the mould problem. I usually do it that way. You can get at least two harvests before it gets straggly. If you have chickens, give them the root mass and soil when you are finished with it. Gives them something to do when the ground is covered in snow.
