I noticed this on my doe's neck today, right behind her ears on the back of the neck (there doesn't appear to be anything on her chin/front of the neck:

There was also this on her haunch along the spine, a couple inches up from the base of her tail:

There is also more shedding than normal and hair in the poop. She's on wire and sometimes the poops are connected and fall through separate holes, hanging there like shoes tied by their shoelaces on a telephone wire (if you understand the analogy).

Her ears look pink and not irritated, albeit with a little yellow wax inside.

Does anyone have any input for me? Also, treatment? I'm leaning towards mites and treating with selamectin OR ivermectin but anyone with experience with this sharing info would be much appreciated.

Ears are the start of ear mites, treat with oil now.
The fur, it could be flea dirt and she scratched hard to make it bleed. You'll need a rabbit safe flea med to fix that. Could also use Dawn dish soap and bathe the rabbit. Could also be mites, but looks a lot like fleas to me. Mites are a Invermytcin fix.

What I see...

Pic 1 - old scratch mark that's scabbed over. Is she around other rabbits or was she in her old home?

Pic 2 - 'hot spot' = moist dermatitis and very common in dogs this time of year. Pluck the hair in and around the spot to try and dry it out. It is best to let it heal on its own but if it is getting bigger after a couple days you can apply a small drop of iodine to the area and spread it around with a Q-tip once a day for 3 days and see if it is shrinking.

Pic 3 - dirty ears, swab out with a cotton ball (NOT a Q-tip) you can add a drop of rubbing alcohol to the cotton ball to help dissolve the wax, don't let any drop into the ear so just a small drop to dampen the cotton.

All my rabbits are shedding like crazy and look terrible. The does who made nests have huge bald areas and heaven forbid AC stops by as they are completely clueless about livestock of any kind and not too knowledgable about dogs or cats either :groooan:
