WHAT District am I in?

Okay-- just contacted a breeder, who has to make every show in her district-- And I cannot find on the ARBA site, what district I am in-- i THINK I am 9--along with Pa-- but am I in another? I am in NE Ohio-- WHERE is my kept copy of ARBA info when I want them?
