what colors to breed to sable point Holland?

Anything if the recessive colour genes are there but if you don't know what they carry then ; sable point, siamese sable, seal or tort.
Actually those are 2 himilayan rabbits with red/pink eyes (__ __ ch_ __ __) and not sable points with brown eyes (aa __ cchl_ __ ee)
And you will likely get chestnuts, and some broken chestnuts as I think the doe on the left is broken.

Has it been hot recently? Some colours (eg himalayan, shaded and tort) are temperature sensitive. The points (nose, ears, tail and feet) are darker because they are naturally colder. When the ambient temperature is high, new hair growth comes in lighter so the coloured areas shrink and/or lighten. When the ambient temperature is low, new growth comes in darker and the coloured areas grow and/or darken. For the same reason, these colours tend to be light at birth and then darken (because it is very warm in the womb and cooler in the nest).

The colors were nice and dark in the pictures above when they were still only a few months old. Now (5 months later) almost all the color is gone.
