What breed are my rabbits?

Chances are, if no breed is listed (and far too often when a breed IS listed) they are mixed breed rabbits.

Their adult size can sometimes help with a guess, those colors are common to a variety of mixes.

Any guesses though? I was thinking maybe Rex, the fur kind of resembles chinchilla.

Maybe a rex cross, but they do not have rex coats. A mini rex cross seems very possible. I see good density.

The bottom one is chestnut agouti, and the top one kind of looks like a black otter, but the lighting makes it hard to distinguish. Neither one is chinchilla colored.
