Looks most like a Jersey woolie.

Just looking at the fluff aspect:
Lionhead would have more head fluff and less body fluff.
English angora would have fluffy ears.
French angora would have fluff on the tip of the ears.
lionhead english angora cross would have more head fluff and fluffyish ears.
fuzzy lop has lopped ears...
Jersey woolie can look exacly like this.

The biggest giveaway though, is the anatomy, it's closest to a jersey woolie in my opinion. I'm not gonna go in detail about this one sry XD. If it's too big to be a pure jersey woolie, probly just means it's a cross between it and something else.

depending on age, could be anything. I've had fluffy hollands come out looking like that.

Most likely a mix of some sort.
