What age do you evaluate kits?

I've heard between 4 and 5 weeks for Holland Lops. What age do you think is the best time?

I evaluate at 4 weeks then again at 8 weeks, if there are any then that I don't really like I get rid of them and then re evaluate the rest at 12 weeks.
