Hi!
I have a litter of 6 bunnies, they are 4 days old. They all look Smoke Pearl. both of the parents are VM. Right now I can't see any markings, how old do they have to be to see them if they have them? Or maybe mine are all solid?

If one parent is VM, all kits need to be marketed as Vienna marked or carriers. Nothing worse than a seemingly solid rabbit adding unwanted vienna into your lines!!

I have a litter of mini lops, I see 2 that are VM, but being that mom was a VM the ones that dont have a "special marking" are VC. I could tell which 2 were going to be VM at birth.. they both had a little white spot on their heads. The 4th one in and the last one both have a white spot on their heads

This. You can see VM at birth most of the time, but even if a kit is not VM, if either parent is a known VC, it may still carry the vienna gene without showing it.
