Water bottle - how high?

What is the most optimal height for water bottles for rabbits to drink from? For doe with kits must be high enough for kids to reach it, but what about the others?

Optimal height is 8" to encourage the greatest water consumption. The more rabbits drink, the more they eat and the faster they grow.

I raise Rex and Satins, and the kits have no problem drinking- they just stand up to reach the valve.
