Wanting to get creative with my cage set up

I have two does and a buck set up in three separate cages right next to each other. I was thinking about setting up ramps leading to an enclosed outdoor space where they can take turns stretching their legs and moving around a bit more. Should I be concerned about them returning to the same grass/dirt area over and over? Possible disease or other issues?
