urgent! Warning photos are a little nasty. Okay so I have not been to the shed in 12 hours. I came down to find a placenta and this dead baby. It looks long dead to me. It dose not even have ears. Moms had one litter before all doa. Buck is proven to a litter I have currently. She only pulled a little fur. My question is do I go in with oxytocin? Do I wait? Will the baby be born alive and die or born dead? Any idea on how long it may be?

The Kit is deformed. If the Kit is not clearly stuck then you do not need to interfere.

Just give her time. I've bred rabbits for 20+ years. I've had does deliver one kit up to one week before due and still have a live litter on day 31. I've also had complete litter losses.

Given that the doe has had a litter DOA before you'll want to breed her to a completely different buck and see what happens with that litter. If that litter is DOA I'd suspect something is genetically off with the doe.
