Travel with doe to bucks house for a date?

I'm wondering.. has anyone ever took their doe for a ride to the buck's residence for a breeding and then get a litter?

Will she ovulate despite sitting in a travelbox for a few hours, getting swang(swing?) around and hearing loud, weird noises? What if she doesn't take because of the stress?

I want to know because i might take few of my doe's to breeders who live 2 hours away from me, not by car but train.

I traveled by train with rabbits before without any issues and they looked calm, sleeping most of the time. So they shouldn't be stressed that much, but still..

Will it work?

A lot of people who show have found that the does are very receptive when they get back home. Whether that is due to the car ride or the presence of all those other rabbits, I don't know.

If you do decide to try it, make sure to quarantine the does for 4-6 weeks after bringing them home. They may be exposed to diseases they have no resistance to and you do not want that to spread to the rest of your herd.
