Transferring Evans Software

I posted this on another board also, but wanted as much input as possible from other Evans users. When moving Evans from an old computer to a new computer, is it simply a matter of copying the files, or is there more involved. Has anyone done this before, and what / how did you go about doing it. Thanks

Load program into new computer, then back up files from older one, and load from there onto new computer. But, tel ya what, those guys at Evans are so nice, call them!!!
