Hey guys, here's a bunch of tips iv found in the hot Californian years. Hope this helps some of you!
FREEZE EVERYTHING!
freeze small bottles for quick use, freeze big ones for all day use, freeze wet carpet squares for an easy cool floor, freeze tiles, freeze fruit for a cooling snack for ur rabbits, give them ice cubes to lick.

Get fans!
Buy big fans for in front of the cages, drape wet towels behind them to create a swamp-cooler effect, even add ice cubes on top to keep them wet slowly. Add some by the vents to keep the air moving, or even by the doors if kept in a shed.
I keep mine in a wood shed and always use a leaf blower to clean and move the hot air out. Put misters behind fans to cool the air.

Extreme things!
This is in extreme temps, get them in crates and move them inside, dunk their ears, if they aren't stressed, soak them in cold water, not to cold tho, just semi so you don't cause a heat stroke.

In case of heatstroke
DONT SOAK THEM IN WATER! NEVER EVER! Just try to cool them as softly as possible to keep stress away. To avoid heatstroke, check the nose, if its sweating, work to cool them down as much as possible. You can also shave fluffy ones, just don't shave to the skin, just take the top off.

Good luck!

Anyone used a mist nozzle to cool the rabbit area? It's supposed to cool even in high humidity.
