Third eyelid showing

I have a doe with her third eyelid showing on both eyes. When I pick her up and hold her for a minute, it goes back to looking normal.

She is slightly less active, though eating and drinking and pooping normally.

I don't know what breed you have, but in English Lops it is quite common for the third eyelid to show quite a lot.
I would say as long as everything looks and acts normal, not to worry about it.
