Well, well, well!
They basically refused to breed when on the ground. I mean, there were a couple litters, but nothing like there should of been! And when I brought a doe to the buck, in his pen or in a separate 'breeding' pen, does always refused.
I put the rabbits in their newly hung cages yesterday and ta-feaking-da! Problem solved.
Today, all the does I put in my buck's cage were more than willing! They all flattened out immediately and rose their butts as soon as he started!
I couldn't believe it! That's the trick, keep them in hung cages and they breed like no tomorrow!
