My Chin doe was bred once to a buck we do not have anymore on March 8th. I was pretty sure it didn't take because I found the "result" in tray, if you know what I mean. We bred her to our new buck on March 15th. He covered her nicely 2 times. She gave birth to 5 kits on April 9th. The popples are pretty small, but not freakishly so and seem to be doing well. So they've got to be the first buck's, right?

Yep, they belong to buck #1.

I linked to a study in the Rabbit Myths thread that states that does will eagerly accept the buck during pregnancy, especially in the second half. However, contrary to popular belief, they are unable to become pregnant with a second litter.
