swollen inner eyelid

Well, Stella's scratched cornea is healed, but the eyelid is still red and swollen. On two antibiotics and an anti-inflamatory. I've got her crated inside so no other bunny irritates it. Afraid to cut her toenails due to how sharp they are when first clipped. Have to wipe eye with a moist Q-tip to keep shed hair off it.

What can I do to help the eyelid heal, reduce swelling?

Black or chamomile tea makes a soothing compress.

Perhaps you could use an emery board on her nails after cutting them, if you think she will hold still for it.
