So how to do a nestbox

Won't really be a big issue for six weeks or so (need to let my buck mature).

But I need to build Biscuit a nestbox.

Needs to be weather proof. Winter capable and all that as well.
Needs to be Biscuit proof.
Needs to be larger than expected as she has large litters and divides them up.
Needs to be predator proof. I have coons and rats mostly. I have the odd two legged bimbos. Less often since I locked the gate.

OneAcre suggested putting it up outside the cage which very much intrigues me.
The question is how, and can I meet the needs I have with it.

I'm thinking a double layered bottom.
Possibly double walled as well.
Though how to build that I haven't a clue.

I am open to a variety of suggestions.
