I have a NZ doe that is about 7 months old. She was an "Easter bunny" so I am assuming she was 6 or so weeks old when I got her. She is not nearly as big as the 1 year old NZ buck I have. So I guess my questions are, How long do they keep growing? If she stays small would it be a bad idea to breed her?

I can try to weigh her, but don't know how accurate it would be, all I have is a bathroom scale.

She could have been less then 6 weeks. I don't let any of mine go before 6 weeks, but some easter bunnies are sold between 4-5 weeks (sometimes, most breeders don't).

Well the legal age for selling baby rabbits is 8 weeks i do believe..so it should have been at least 8 weeks or that person could get in trouble but maybe its a Havana?

I think that's a state-to-state law though, I'm not positive though.

Ohio is six weeks i think pa is 8 but plenty of easter bunnies are 4 weeks old.the fine is tiny and the petstores care less.

Ohio is 8 weeks, at least for puppies and kittens not sure if it is the same for rabbits, I have always waited until the buns were 8 weeks before I sold them.
