Showing off my chicken coop!

I'm getting my husband to add explanations to all the pictures. If I did it myself, I would just say "isn't this pretty? It's made of wood!"

Anywho, the chickens seem to like it. Right now we have two separate little flocks - 3 eight week old chickens and 4 four week olds. I was afraid the big ones would peck the babies to death, but they have enough room that they just take turns in different parts of the yard and coop.

Very nice! I like the detail on the lumber backstop of the nests. Looks like your husband likes his draw-knife! Did you use juniper for their roost?
