Should I buy these NZ does?

I saw these NZ does posted on Craigslist:

Are they a good buy? How does one evaluate?

I would ask what their weight is, how many litters they've had, how many kits were born, how many survived to 8 weeks and what the weight range was for the 8 week old kits
