This is what I know as "Shepherd's Purse". It is on a standard sized 8-1/2" x 11" sheet of paper for size reference.

I actually do like using my field guides- thing with the plants though-- trees and bushes are not in the flowers, wildflowers seldom include wetland plants, when people include pics in their posts, the flowers are sometimes hard to distinguish-- one needs to see the number and types of petals, sepals, reproductive parts-- sometimes the difference between a correct ID and a fatal one is just one part of the plant!!! That is why, on the one post, I stated my best guess would be a species of one plant-- and I made sure of the plants origin in order to mkae it more accurate--a native weed generally is not found in totally different areas---
