So I've had a pretty hectic (absolute nightmare) past couple weeks did the hare minimum with the rabbits and my record keeping for breeding is gone like out the window see ya later. How would one with very limited knowledge on palpating etc go about knowing who's bred what due dates are and the rest?

I think you'll have to wait until the rabbits tell you.

If you think they've been bred, put in a nest box now. You might have to clean the box a few times, but at least a doe won't have kits on the wire.

If there aren't any kits in 30+ days, then re-breed.
