Thank you!

All rabbits at the Convention must be entered in the show. That's one of the reasons buying animals at Convention can be so expensive. Each rabbit must be entered ($18/breed class, $9.50/fur), and the owner must pay an exhibitor fee as well ($15). Add to that the cost of travel/transport, and maybe staying at a hotel, and you can end up with some spendy bunnies.

Here's the FAQ from https://www.kyarbaconvention.com/faq.html
May I bring extra animals to sell?
All animals on the convention center grounds must be entered in the show and exhibitors are encouraged to enter as many animals as they wish including show animals and any you wish to sell. Please see the complete convention show rules and the ARBA Convention Rules.

If you've got a place to keep rabbits offsite while you're at the show, you might be able to pre-arrange sales or make contacts in the showroom or at events, but animals you'll see with For Sale signs are entered in the show.

There has sometimes been an auction of donated rabbits that the ARBA sells to raise money for their scholarships and other Youth activities; this year it looks like it will be a raffle. There may be auctions put on by specialty breed clubs, also as fundraisers, but there isn't a bring-your-animal-to-the-auction-house sale.
