I just moved to San Jose from New York, and I would love to find a local rabbitry or other farm to buy rabbits from for cooking.
I'm fine with buying them whole, as long as they've already been skinned and had the entrails removed, but I do prefer them without the heads in that case, as I feel weird about disposing of the skulls still, since I'm new to all this.
If anyone on the forum is local, I'd love to give you my business, and doubly so if you also sell pelts; I'm autistic and love to pet the fur as a a sort of stim toy, but meat is my priority, as I already have a Canadian farm I buy pelts from.
