I have several Lop buns ready to kindle in March. Nervous and hoping all goes well. I have a mini Rex doe that just starting lunging and trying to bite right after she was bred. Anything I can do? Being careful and patient.

Some does will do that - get grumpy and crotchety once they're bred. Others go the opposite way - they're cranky until bred or until they have babies, then turn into puppy dogs. Hopefully once she has babies in the nest box, she'll chill. I've had two does (one Satin, one Polish) that you could reliably tell when they were pregnant by their ferocious moods.

Careful and patient is a great approach. I'd bother her as little as possible, both to reduce stress (for both of you) and to keep her from developing bad habits while she's in a bad mood.

Good luck with the March bunnies! I've got three litters in the boxes right now, and eight does due at the end of March. Yippee!

Is the rabbit in the picture a Mini Rex? Looks like a Netherland (a very pretty one)
Its head and ears seem a bit long for a ND, but it does have that upright pose, and it doesn't look like it's got a rex coat either. I agree, it's a very pretty rabbit!
