Yes LOL! I went to OAF's and saw her setup and loved it. I really need to expand the demand for NZR here is really good. I wish I had 10 does right now. Plus I need area and what I mean by that is I don't want a large number of rabbits in little cages I would rather have arount 6 NZR does and 3 Rex does and have cages with adequate space than have a lot of rabbits without the right requirements. I really want my smallest cage to be 36"X24"X18". Even my 36" cages right now seem small when you have a NZR and a nestbox in them. Probably will end up going with a 48" cage for breeding does.

Yeah, I built 24"x30"x24" cages because I was getting the Silver Foxes ... well, now I think that cage size is about right for my English Angoras and Satins, but still not quite big enough for the SFs! :laugh2: And I pull the nest boxes after kindling and only take them back 2x per day for about 15 minutes each time. The babies don't stay in the cage with the doe, but they all get time in the runout pens during the day so the babies still get to interact with adult does after weaning.

I also put up a new cage line for the growout bucklings ... 9 cages and I still NEED MORE CAGES

I would love to see a video of your carport setup as it gets going. That's what we are planning- kinda. Ours is attached to our house and not as big.

I am curious where you bought your cages from and the two sizes you have in the video. I just orders a couple from KWCages to see the quality but will have to place another order in a month.

awesome setup, but darn your video! Now I want NZR! I can't do it though . I do agree your calis are probably mixed, I have one and she looks identical, I also have 2 purebred cali's and they are much darker even during the summer.

Cages come from Bass Equipment. 24x24 for bucks and 36x24 for does. Will be getting larger cages next month for all. Bucks will be moving to 36x24 and does hopefully 48x24
