Carrots of course! They all love fresh green grass. Some of them love sweet potatoes.
Apples, pears, peaches, and all the Wooly breeds get Bananas and Papaya regularly.......but then, those are not vegetables.

Kale and other greens, carrots and when I had them fresh they were eating cucumbers and beets. They LOVE sweet potatoes, but I did not grow any this year, so I am not giving them any and I want to be careful and only give a small amount of that. They do not like squash. They ate a little bit of tomato, but did not like it much. They really like broccoli leaves, but I do not give much of that either.

Parsley, basil, arugula, tiny amounts of kale, small treats of carrots and carrot tops. All from our garden.

In the bunny run, they love their fresh grass and clover.

I guess I need to plant parsley this year. That is one they have never had and planning on arugula too. My kale is still alive. I have about 20 plants. See my new avatar - they are eating kale. I used to give the 5 older each 1 leaf, and then brought the 5 kits 1 leave and they all lined up and ate the 1 leaf, now I have to bring 2 leaves for the 5. They snatch it out of my hand and I have to turn the kits around so they see the leaf and line them all up so they each get some.

Eggplant is from the Nightshade family, like tomatoes. Rabbits can have small amounts of tomatoes, but cannot have any other part of the plant. I do not know about the eggplant fruit itself, but I would definitely not feed the leaves, stems, or anything like that. I wouldn't feed the fruit, either, until I knew for sure.

It's my understanding that they can have asparagus in small amounts. :)

We feed pellets and hay with an occasional treat - usually on Sundays. Our list of treats include carrots, an apple slice, small handful of spinach leaves, and a slice of zucchini. Never a whole lot - just a little bit as a treat.

what do my rabbits get
- in the summer: any all all weeds from my garden, peas, variety of lettuces, parsley, melon rinds, bean plants, corn/corn plants, raspberry canes, banana skins, strawberry husks, carrot tops/greens and whatever else I have.

the rest of the year, they only get it if I have excess or waste they can eat.

one thing they get very little of is fruit. Fruit tends to turn into sugar in their bellies and I've had too many kits get soft poops with fruit. I'll give them the greens but tend not to give much fruit. This includes carrots.

No veggies either, weeds and greens when available, mostly dandelions, broadleaf dock, spinach, beet tops, balm and mulberry leaves. I am intending to give some sweet potato, because I just read teh feed bag, and the Vit A is even less than the food I just stopped using. Do I feed the sweet potatoes raw?

For greens they like bur clover the best. They even prefer it to red clover. As long as the burs are still green they eat it burs and all. Dandelions are a close second. For a treat my doe loves guava and she seems to prefer the fruit full sized but still green over ripe fruit. I have several guava bushes that have run wild spotted. I only give it as an occasional treat though. Too much sugar to feed much of it. My buck is sort of fussy when it comes to trying something new.

Usually only weeds like dock, clover, dandelion, plantain, dollar weed, etc., along with tree leaves and branches from pear, poplar, and sweet gum. I also give blackberry leaves and canes and raspberry leaves and canes when available. I don't feed any kind of root vegetable or fruit.

Mine eat romaine lettuce, cilantro, parsley, green leaf lettuce, kale, collard greens, celery, carrots, tomatoe, apples, spinach, timothy & alfalfa hay, grass/weeds when in the play pen outside, & dandelions. They are spoiled )
Can they have pumpkin from a can?
