Red urine in Rabbits is quite normal.
A rabbit absorbs calcium efficiently and excretes the excess
through it's urine often appearing Red in color.
the color is especially apparent when the urine is alkaline.
Comes from certain types of feeds: Alfalfa, but is most likely
a porphyrin, or derived from Phenolic compounds. [Tannins]

Thank you for the answers makes me feel very relieved they are all really healthy and happy and the red pee isn't all the time so I'm guessing its to do with what they are eating they are 4 weeks old and have just recently started hovering the pallets down along with hay and they are free ranging on grasses too and getting the occasional carrot or apple.
