If the feed is just a bit too rich, cecotropes can go uneaten and leave a little mess on him. It's nothing to worry about so long as there isn't diahrea in your dropping pans, and the rabbit doesn't feel dehydrated.

You can check for dehydration by feeling his spine. If you can feel every bump in the spine and it seems like he's lost a lot of weight in a very short amount of time, it usually means he is dehydrated.
If you run your hands along his back every day, you will know right away if something is off. The difference between a well hydrated bunny and a dehydrated one is dramatic.

EasyEars, when you keep posting new topics about the same problem or an ongoing situation, you cannot expect to get as many helpful replies as you would if you kept it in the same thread. It is confusing and makes it difficult to help you.

Did you examine the supposed pin worm with a magnifier to see if that is what it is? I'd keep a watch on the poop and see if you see any more and try to determine what you are dealing with.
