Rabbit kit stuck durring labor

Hi everyone, I woke up this morning to find a fur nest in my does cage. Today is right around her due date so I checked her cage for any kits. I found a placenta so I expected to see kits any moment. It's been about 5 hours and still no kits. I'm hoping that the kit may have just been "dead on arrival" and that she ate it. How would I know if this were the case or if the kit became stuck during birth? This is my doe's first litter

You should be able to feel if she has more in there. Our doe has a leftover kit last month and you could feel a hard mass in her side while palpating.
