Rabbit cut or sore?

Hello. I have two female Dutch rabbits. One had a tick on her last week and we got it off. Today the other one has a reddish mark on her side. We thought it was a tick but it doesn't seem to be. Not sure what it is. It wouldn't come off but is definately above her skin and I can wiggle it back and forth. I tried attaching a picture. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!!
