Rabbit + Cat Carrier +Leaky water bottle = Big Mess!

So, last night I put my sneezer in a cat carrier with a small bowl of food, and hung a water bottle on the door. When I went out to check this morning, the water bottle had leaked, the food was spilled and there was poop everywhere! :razz2: The bun was filthy, covered in yuck from toes to belly! :badmood: Poor thing, I had to bring it in and bathe it...

I see I am gonna have to rethink where I put the sneezers....

One Acre, are you using a layer of shavings in the bottom of the carrier first? I've used these carriers, and I put shavings, and sometimes hay on top of the shavings.

No, I don't have any shavings and unfortunately I ran out of hay as well yesterday. I have moved her to a pen with the top covered in the garage. It is raining here so not too hot. I am going to dispatch her tonight, so on the way home I will stop for ice, hay, etc.

I use newspapers absorbant and i didnt have too buy them.
