One of my does, a Cali, has started dropping big "berries" that cannot fit through the cage floor. She gets a hand full of hay a day on top of her six onces of rabbit food. Anyone had this issue or have any idea how to fix it? Thanks

Matt

I often have the same thing happen when I give treats like banana peels or watermelon rind.

Yea my doe does the same when shes on a litter. Actually most of them do. I think because they are eating so much and such. I just brush my hand over them and they go into the tray. No biggie :)

My does do that when they're lactating. They also eat twice as much so it's probably because their body is in high gear feeding the litter. I think I read somewhere that the lactating period is actually harder on their body than the actual gestation period. Not sure if that's true or not...
