My female angora has a rumbly stomach.

Do I need to worry? Can I help her stomach feel better?

I've never had a rumbly stomach in a rabbit....

Do I need to watch her? She's acting normal.

It sounds like she may have gas. Just to be safe, I would give her Simethicone drops or a Gas-X strip. Also let her romp around a bit.

Have you been giving her anything for wool block? Fresh pineapple or papaya, etc.?

This Angora is one of the two shave-down rescue buns Dayna recently took in, so she doesn't have the usual full Angora coat. I'm not saying wool block isn't possible, just that it's less likely than it otherwise would be.

True, but both rabbits were in such poor condition that I doubt the former owners kept up on grooming, let alone were giving enzymes for wool impaction.
