Poop Stuck On Kits' Butts

For the past few days, Natzumi's litter of kits has been getting wet poop Stuck on their butt, and it's like a pouch that is filled with wet poop and today Maurice had a really big one
There is no poop piling in the cage anywhere, and they have not had a diet change

One I got last weekend

Less than an hour ago

I took some toilet paper to get most of the poop of so I could wash the rest off (The one less than an hour ago) and it was like a pocket of poop that got bigger the more he pooped
And when I opened it around his actual butt hole wasn't very poopy

Today I am switching them to a cage with the bottom covered in pine shavings and litter underneath the shavings

I had a similar situation with several kits in my last litter. I cleaned them as you have but the condition continued and most died. I am also interested if anyone has experience with this.
